DOC PRIMER

DOC PRIMER is a water-borne penetrating and consolidating fixative, based on special nanostructured polymers, it is suitable for preliminary treatment of old, uncoherent and absorbent mineral surfaces. DOC PRIMER is suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. It creates the ideal anchor and insulation from the alkaline environment. DOC PRIMER can be applied over all kinds of surfaces. For clean and new surfaces, only one direct coat is needed. For dirty and old surfaces, brushing and cleaning is required. For old and sealed surfaces, it is mandatory to sand the surface, clean and apply DOC PRIMER once it is completely dry.

DESCRIPTION

DOC PRIMER 

is a water-born penetrating and consolidating fixative, based on special nano-structured polymers, suitable for preliminary treatment of old, uncoherent and absorbent mineral surfaces.

is suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. It improves cohesion and absorption of the support, crating the ideal anchor and insulation from the alkaline environment.

can be applied over all kind of surfaces. If new, just one direct coat, if old and dirty, a good brushing and cleaning is priory required. In case of old and sealed surface, it’s mandatory to sand the surface, clean and apply DOC  PRIMER once completely dry

DOC PRIMER 

is concentrated and has to be diluted up to 1 to 3 (1 part of fixative and 3 parts of water), according to the surface absorbance.

Wash or brush the surface and treat holes, cracks, crevices or any other irregularities in the surface before applying the product.

Air and support surface conditions:

  • Air temperature: Min. +5°C / Max. +35°C
  • Relative environmental humidity: <75%
  • Support surface temperature: Min. +5°C / Max. +35°C

 

DOC PRIMER can be applied with a brush, roller or by spray in 1-2 coats. Avoid applying under direct sunlight, and in the presence of the condensation on the surface. Do not apply on freshly painted surfaces

DOC PRIMER 

maintains its properties in storage for 24 months if protected from excessive heat and cold. Storage temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C.  KEEP FROM FREEZING.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. For further information, consult the MSDS.

The material has to be disposed in agreement with local regulation. Empty plastic containers are recyclable or to be sent to recycling plants.
